Tony King - Joey the Lips - Party in the Park

March arrived along with spring. Like a long lost friend it lulled us into a false sense of security before April knocked loudly on the door and tormented us with more rain than you could shake a duck at. Still it'll soon be summer and Okehampton has got loads to offer this year BUT the biggest and best diary event is still the BotB and the Party in the Park.

So we are at the end of April. Applications are live and more than half of the places have already been taken up by some brilliant new acts. We are still building the Party in the Park. Tony King is back and we have signed up our headline act for 2012, local favourites "Joey the Lips". We promised you a party and we are going to deliver a party. Still no ticket price and still donations on entry - this is a community event for the community!

We have still got a few bits and pieces to do and it would be great if one or two of you may be interested in getting in touch with us. We do need local companies to advertise in our program and we would still like to secure a couple more prizes.
